What does Verston Group do?
Verston Group is an infrastructure construction and maintenance group founded in Estonia. The Group builds and maintains roads and other essential infrastructure that society relies on to function.
Verston’s core activities include road and highway construction, summer and winter road maintenance, asphalt production and paving, construction materials, wind and solar park infrastructure, Rail Baltica-related infrastructure, and other complex civil engineering works.
Where does Verston operate?
Verston was established in Estonia and has since grown to become the leading company in infrastructure construction and maintenance within the country. Estonia serves as the operational and financial foundation of the Group. However, Verston Group is also pursuing international expansion with a long-term goal of enhancing the planning, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure across European markets. In 2025, Verston entered the Polish market as part of this international growth initiative.
When was Verston founded?
Verston was founded in Estonia in 2010. Since then, it has grown into Estonia’s leading infrastructure construction and maintenance company. Verston Group was established in 2024 to support the company’s next phase of growth and international expansion across Europe.

How is Verston Group structured?
Verston Group OÜ is the parent company of the Group. Verston Eesti is the Group’s core operating company in Estonia, delivering infrastructure construction, road maintenance, materials, asphalt and surfacing services. Smartecon is part of Verston Group as an energy infrastructure company focused on renewable energy production and storage solutions. Verston Group has also entered Poland and continues to develop capabilities that support larger, more integrated infrastructure projects across Europe.
How does Verston Group combine local and Group-level capabilities?
Verston Group combines local execution with Group-level management, shared standards, digital tools and specialist capabilities. In Estonia, Verston Eesti provides the operational core in construction, maintenance, materials and asphalt. Across the Group, complementary capabilities such as energy infrastructure strengthen the ability to deliver larger and more integrated projects for clients.
How large is Verston Group?
Verston Group has grown from an Estonian road construction and maintenance company into an internationally developing infrastructure group. Its scale is reflected in the Group’s broad project portfolio, year-round road maintenance capability, material and asphalt production, Rail Baltica and renewable energy infrastructure references, and expanding energy infrastructure competence.
In July 2025, Verston employes ~430 people.
Verston Group increased its consolidated revenue by 53% to EUR 115 million in 2025 and delivered a record EBITDA of EUR 11 million, while net profit reached EUR 1.7 million.
