Verston Welcomes Jenny Adholm as Group Head of Sustainability to Advance the Company’s Green Transformation
Verston Group welcomes Jenny Adholm as its new Group Head of Sustainability, reinforcing the company’s belief that sustainability is a core part of the company’s strategic direction and crucial for both operations and growth.
Jenny brings extensive experience from senior roles at Skanska and BoKlok, where she led sustainability work across multiple markets and helped deliver some of the world’s most forward-thinking infrastructure projects, including the European Spallation Source (ESS) and Hallandsås Tunnel in Sweden. Earlier in her career, she worked with IKEA, where she gained valuable experience in driving sustainability through international collaboration and large-scale change.
At Verston, Jenny will lead the Group’s sustainability strategy, ensuring every project contributes to lowering climate impact, improving safety, and creating long-term value for clients and communities.
“I believe sustainability is a key to long-term success. It should guide how we grow, invest, and make decisions every day,” said Jenny Adholm. “My goal is to help Verston become a recognized leader in sustainable infrastructure across Europe, where performance and responsibility go hand in hand.”
Veiko Veskimäe, Founder and Co-CEO of Verston Group, said: “Jenny joining Verston is another clear signal that we mean business when we talk about sustainability. She knows how to turn purpose into measurable impact, and her experience in leading change will help us set new standards in our industry.”
Jüri Tamm, Co-CEO of Verston Group, added: “Jenny brings both strategic vision and practical experience. She will help us make sure that sustainability is not just part of our ambition but a core part of how Verston operates and grows in every market.”
Jenny’s appointment reinforces Verston’s long-term commitment to building infrastructure that lasts – in its quality, in its impact, and in the trust it creates.
